1968 - Birth in Biella
The shoemaking workshop of father Sandro and mother Luciana becomes one of the most appreciated in the city.

1986 - Stefano's adventure begins... and in 1992 Andrea also arrives
The brothers enter the shop, bringing new energy and vision to the family workshop.

1992 - Biella is born
Iconic multicolor Oxford that soon became the most recognized model.
2018 - 50th Anniversary
Awarded with Artisan Excellence Piedmont and first place as Best Artisan of the Heart Italy.

2018 - Wooly is born
In collaboration with the designers of Reda Active, Wooly was born, an idea for a sustainable shoe that becomes reality.

2019 - Meeting with Maestro Nino Cerruti
Sharing so much history and experience with one of the masters of Italian fashion allows us at Barbera to learn a great deal from a fashion icon.

2021 - Selected by White Milano
For advanced and sustainable craftsmanship. First prize for Master of Craft. The Valsar project with Maestro Pistoletto. Major newspapers feature us. Press conference at Montecitorio to discuss the Valsar project.

2023 - Collaborations with Cinema and TV
In collaboration with Città dell'Arte, the Zoe Salvamondo project in the Biella Archipelago. Sustainability and nature. The B68 New Generation Sneaker is born.

End of 2023 - Zoe Salvamondo Project
