At "Barbera Sandro e Figli," advanced craftsmanship meets ethics: the tenth installment of the series of interviews focusing on the businesses in the wool-producing province featured in the exhibition "Biella Città Arcipelago" at the Pistoletto Foundation is now online. Owners Andrea and Stefano, the protagonists of the new episode, highlight how they operate with sustainability in mind, enhancing the local area through collaborations with local businesses and companies, and illustrate the process that leads them to create high-quality, long-lasting footwear while minimizing the impact on the waste disposal chain.

The answer is yes and takes shape from the virtuous example of the Biella activity of Barbera family , which offers handmade shoes. Their story begins in 1968, when Sandro Barbera He opened his shop in the city centre with his wife, passing on his passion to his children over time. Andrea And Stefano . Today as then, the philosophy of the shop includes quality at the right price, always with 100% Italian materials and of first choice . To highlight the excellence of this reality, we interviewed Andrea and Stefano Barbera, who are the protagonists of the tenth episode of Stories from the Archipelago , a format that presents and illustrates in detail the protagonists of the Biella Città Arcipelago territorial laboratory exhibition. The latter, as reported in a previous article , is the storytelling of a territory that reveals its wonders through vocation and concrete sustainable activities, an archipelago territory of good practices and vitality that communicates a ferment directed towards sustainable prosperity.
